Hello, Im on a dilema I just finish my Triabolo 700, and I come from BD3sx, were they say don't use Sat only Full RX, but I see a lot of people using 2 Sat on the Spirit Pro on 700+ models, what should I do, I have 2 Sat DSMX or AR8000 + SAT or S.Bus via OrangRx R820X V2 |

Hello, each solution should work well. But even according to Spektrum itself it is recommended to use normal receiver. There is just one downside, that you will loose some channels, but I guess you have DX8. So I recommend full size receiver. The best for todays usage could be AR7700 since it supports SRXL, but this is just for future. |

Hi Tomas, have you tested any of these? They appear to have SRXL output if I look at the manual pictures and also integrated telemetry: https://www.spektrumrc.com/Products/Def ... SPMAR8010T |

I have a DX9 gray. I have use the OrangeRx connected as cPPM or S.Bus with no problem, some people don't trust them, i have never had a problem, I like them since they also have Telemetry and is a cleaner setup.. Here is the link of the Rx im talking about, they have 2 models, s.bus and cPPM. I have use both no problem. http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/stor ... 272X32.pdf |

I use DSMX sats on my Soxos 700 with no issues. On on Sat on right side with antennas pointing up down (vertical) and other Sat on the left side antennas pointing front back (horizontal). Installed the way, antenas are not covered by carbon. I do it this way an all my helis, see Soxos 550 left side. Attachment:
