Post subject:  [SOLVED] Help me find parts that are causing vibrations

Hi,

Sometimes in my logs, I see "Vibration Level is very high" but I'm not flying hard 3D.
The helicopter is belt driven.
Can someone help me find parts that are causing these vibrations?

Here are the graphs for all 3 axes (heli on the ground with headspeed of 2900rpm):

Please check the manual? If I'm not mistaken, you have to put it on a soft surface?

Start to unmount rotating parts, till you find the cause. Just focus on Y Axis.

You got peaks at 2900, there is somthing with your head. Have a look if your main saft is bend or your main blades are out of balance. You might also add on one blade some tape at it's center to see if it gets better or worse.
Bearings look good as your needles look sharp rather than wide.
If you got a tail issue, mostly multiply head by arround 5 eq 14000, you see there is a tail problem. Maybe bent shaft there or off balance as well, try to fix with tape on one or the other blade.
To balacnce, take some tape and attache it arround the leading edge in the middle of the blade.

My main blades are properly balanced and my head has a new spindle shaft.
Could be the main shaft then, will try a new one.

As for the tail, I will try to fix it with tape.

Thanks!
