How do you reverse the flybarless units sense of tail compensation direction? I am not talking about matching the direction of the stick direction to the direction the tail wants to go. I am talking about the gyro's sense direction. And how that can be reversed! In a previous firmware, screenshots show a location under sensor tab that allows this change to be made. Now it seems that is not available anymore. Current Flybarless Unit Firmware version is 2.0.2 Your help is appreciated in this matter. |

You can reverse servo for CH4, can't you? |

Hello, from version 2 you do not have to set gyro compensation. It is configured automatically depending on the rest of parameters. The most important are - Position and Swashplate Type. Depending on these two parameters it will compensate. Make sure that the servos are connected according to the scheme of Swashplate. |

As I tried to state as clearly as possible in the initial post, I am not discussing the swashplate, the sense for the swashplate and the control for the swashplate. I am exclusively discussing the tail control sense. How do you change the direction that the flybarless unit is compensating on the tail? Based upon your response, are you saying that it does not matter if the tail is mounted left or right on the tail boom, and which direction the tail rotates, it will automatically know which way to go??? If so, then that makes setup that much easier all around. As normally, it is needed to get the correct sense direction on tail compensation. And also get the correct direction on stick movement as well. |

By changing servo reverse you can change compensation as well. This is in the Servos tab. Changing only compensation direciton is not possible nor needed in any case from version 2.0. If it does not work properly, something else was not configured well (for example Position parameter). |

Hi Tomas, I forgot to told you a little Bug. I know this case. Tail compensation will not respond to CH4 reverse. If Tail compensation is in the wrong way, go to Sensor Tab, clicking the Reverse CH4, save settings, reboot Spirit and all is working. Best regards, Frank |

Hi, probably you are talking juist about Jeti integration. It is not a bug, all 4 reverses are applied only after restart. This is for safety reason, so you can't crash when you accidently switch it. In case of software or other configuration methods reverse is applied immediately. |

Hi Tomas, yes, I use only Jeti or via Bluetooth-Modul. Great, thought it was a bug Best regards Frank |
