I give up now ive been trying to set up my trex 550e dfc using sbus..........and for some reason when im trying to set it up in the software it freaks out, my servos go nuts and my rx flashes on red los of signal. To be honest i never had any problems before the new update to 2.1 ?

I'm not savvy enought to work it out..............any help would be greatlly appreciated ............like maybe a walkthrough for dummies using futaba 14sg.

Hello,

first from all we should find out why you see lost signal (red led).
This is not related with the unit at all, so this issue can be fixed just with your receiver and transmitter.

It does not matter how it is connected for the receiver, so it can't see if anything changed in the unit either.
Firmware 2.0.1 does not changed anything there.

I recommend to pair the receiver again so you will see green LED.

Thanks for the reply it just seems odd that during the wizard setup as soon as i go into leveling the swash plate the pitch servo pulls down and theres chatter on all the remaining bar the tail servo. i then have to unpug the batt.

Please try to disconnect all servos. It looks like something is really wrong in the wiring or incorrect frequency is configured.

Are you able to see a correct movement in the Diagnostic tab/Wizard when moving with the sticks?

Maybe there was just wrong receiver type configured.
