Hi Serviceteam, I did every setting and it looks fine- But at 6° Geometry setting I have at least 78. Documentation says should be minimum 90 and if not mechanic sewtting has to be changed. Therefore which mechanic setting should be changed. And what would happen if i leave this value 78 unchanged ? For your Info - it's a 600 DFC head, therefore there arer restricted options to change the setting - at least distance servos to Swasher plate and two arms from swasher plate to Head (but these are less configureable) thanks in advance and br Siggi |

Hi, to make it better, you can try to put balls on the servo arms closer to the center. Then you will get a better values. But if it is configured as described in the manual, I would leave it as is. What would happen? Very probably nothing. It will fly in each case. This value is just telling you, that precision of the control is low. But it still does not mean that any negative side effect will be visible. |

I had this problem with my Trex 600n LE flybarred converted to DFC With a setting below 70 I had a violent side to side head shake which made it uncontrollable when hovering I fitted metal align servo arms and with the links on the inner holes I got the setting up to 77 but still had a head shake,(not as bad) even with cyclic gain down to 40 I have now fitted Futaba arms to get the links closer to the servos and have the setting up to 94 but haven't tested it yet I am also still using the flybar blades , flybarless blades is my next option if it still shakes The annoying thing is that it flew like a dream in stability mode with the flybar head before I converted it |

Flybar blades and DFC head is not good combination. Very probably low value of the Geometry 6° is not reason for such shaking at all. Probably your blades might be also too tight in the blade holders which is reason for shaking. It depends on what blades you have used, but flybarless are really much better. |

My friend has a spirit on trex 250dfc, set up according to manual, and at 6 degrees setup it is at 64(lowest you can set) and it is still more than 6 degrees. And no shakes at all, flies like a big bird. |

Spot on Tomas, tried with just a setting change and still had head shake Borrowed a set of Edge blades and flew like a dream I even got one of the V bar fan club to fly it and he was impressed Many thanks |
