Hey Tomas! Im a long time customer and now own 6 spirit flybarless systems. Two regular and four pro. I just converted my goblin 380 to the three headed system and I'm running into a few problems. I am using the standard spirit on this hell with the latest firmware. 1) In flight it always seems to lean to the left and if i activate the bailout, it will recover with a slight lean to the left. 2) it seems to take more collective input when i fly inverted maintain altitude than when i fly upright. 3) it seems to not fly with precision anymore. 4) The governor doesn't seem to hold anymore either. These were the settings that changed: Cyclic gain was changed from 58% on the two bladed head to now 50% to the three bladed head. I also increases the cyclic roll rate from 8 to 10 I'm also running a Jeti ds-14 with a r3 receiver. Any ideas? Please help! Thanks again for an amazing product with great support. |

Hi, it looks like that there is some major issue. I guess that Subtrim settings is not OK and this could be reason for all the problems. I recommend to verify if it is correct. Basically when you enable Subtrim (tuning) all the servos should be at the center position, your swashplate must be perfectly level and when you fold blades together, both ends should be touching each other (same level). |

Gain shouldn't be a problem. Maybe rotor phasing is not OK now. Normally it is 0° even with 3-bladed rotor head, but you can check if it was mounted 100% correctly. There may be some difference from normal rotor head. Uneven collective reactions are most probably caused by different collective pitch angles for positive and negative position, did you also verified this? |

Should cyclic gain be the same as before? |
