I am sure it is something in the transmitter settings or transmission of the data as you are only one affected by the issue.
Did you tried default transmitter settings as recommended?

S-Bus inverter should never be used with the Spirit Pro. It is already integrated there.

Yes, made a brand new model just like you asked. Sorry but there's nothing wrong with my transmitter (14sg) and this May never happen.

I measured everything, its perfectly transmitting the requested thr output only.

I was revering to the build in sbus inverter.

Are you sure your test machines with yge don't use yges build in softstart?

I can reproduce the behavior with my DX9 setup. If I change in TX Speed for throttle from NORMAL to 0.1, I got exactly the same effect, but on every spool-up.
Normal: OFF 900us release Hold: 1100us ramp up to 1900us as it should be with 200us jump
With Speed 0.1: OFF 900us release Hold: 1300us ramp up to 1900us with 400us jump
As I speculated on previous post, Spirit sees TC for a very short time somewhere around 40% and starts ramp-up from there, as this looks like intend idle TC power.

Question is now, why does this happen from Radio Side in your setup and why only on first spool-up. Is there any parameter in your radio influencing TC speed?
How can this be avoided on Radio setup or within Spirit? (TC Input Filter, if GOV in Spirit engaged)

Servo speed I think is this option for futaba? All at zero by default.

Found out something! If I start the receiver and spoolup, than connect the Spirit, gov spoolup makes no jump!

The receiver is doing something the first time it spools up but its not measurable. Ch3 behaves normal so something with the sbus signal? Scares me that something like this can trigger a bailout.

this helps, just to confirm:
1. You powered up system, with sbus disconnected?
2. You did a Hold release and back to Hold
3. You connected sbus
4. You did a Hold release, where spoolup went slow as expected.

Which means for the 2nd spoolup, from spirit point of view, it was it's first spoolup, from Receiver point of view it was it's 2nd spoolup.
As I understand, this got observed with sbus disconnection, can you test this with Power up or vis versa?

1. Power up only Receiver
2. Hold release wait and Hold
3. Power up Spirit, Radio kept on power
4. Hold release ramp-up observation.

I did powerup the receiver, hold release, hold on, connect spirit. Than spoolup is ok. Something is happening that the Spirit doesn't like, but vbar and my yge don't have trouble with at all. Could it be some sort of signal for sbus servos?

Q1) What type of receiver are you using?
Q2) With connect Spirit, you did sbus disconnect and connect, right? Your not talking about connecting power.
Q3) Do you agree, based on what we have got now, sbus signal looks different from receiver towards Spirit from 1st hold release to subsequent hold releases.

Which means, challenge is on receiver side and not Spirit side. However, as you got kind of standard setup, this strange receiver behavior should and could only be addressed in Spirit.
Based on what I see now, I think your receiver is sending out of 1st Hold somewhere a 1400us puls instead of only 1820us (TC 90%) pulses, which causes the Spirit to start ramp from there.

It's sending out what ever the thr curve is. This I can measure easily. And yes, during 2nd spoolup something is different. R6108sb sbus receiver.

Whatever it sends its not a measurable weird pulse. It shows exactly what I have set for thr curve on my pulse monitor. And its a very sensitive one.

I am convinced that your transmitter and receiver is OK, there is only something weird in the current settings.
For sure we will find it soon.

You can also try if there is any change when you are switching between 12CH, 14CH, MULT in your transmitter.
12CH should be the fastest transmission.

Its a 6106sb which supports mult, not an fasstest receiver.

It should support all mentioned modulations. Fasstest is a different thing (alternative to Fasst, FHSS, etc).
It is very easy to change it in the transmitter (just in a few seconds).
