Hello Tomas or anybody which can help me.

Iam running out of ports on the spirit GTR.
Problem.
CH1 and CH3 - Aileron/Pitch servo
CH2 - Elevator Servo
CH4 - Tail Servo
Thr - Throttle from the yge 205hvt
Aux - first BEC Cable from the 205hvt
E1 - Telemetrie from the 205HVT.

Now i have the second BEC Cable from the 205HVT and the 50f Kondensator Pack wich are not Connected at all.

O dont want to use the sat port for telemetrie because the need of configuration over the dc16v2

First question will the interal Gouverneur from the Spirit gtr work with this Configration?
Second can i put in the BUFFer pack or the second bec Cable into CH0?
And can i put the Second BEC Cable woth the first BEC Cable over an y cable into the spirit unit ( eich i think is not a good idear at all).
Maybee its better the Second BEC and the buffer over an y?

Setup in general is
SOXOS Strike 7.1
Yge 205hvt
50f Buffer Pack
Theta Razor c1 3x Taumel 760ys
Theta Razor t1 Heck 760ys
Spirit GTR

Yes, you can connect power to CH0. All of the ports are part of the power rail except for the SYS and EXT/RPM/E2 ports. You have not choice but to share one of the ports using a Y-connector. Personally, I would connect the YGE BEC wires to ports CH0 and AUX. I would share the E1 port with the YGE telemetry and the 50Fx3 supper capacitor buffer using a Y-connector.

... i dont want to recommend it, but what i have done (and is working since yrs): the orange signal pin only of RX wire of the YGE pinned out and added to one of the BEC wires. the same could be done with telemetry wire orange data pin >> E1. they are on common ground in the YGE so there should be no issue (for RS/GTR units - different story with separated RX >> potential grounding problems).

anyhow i would not recommend to anyone unless you asked YGE before about common grounding of all connectors. but like that there is no problem with connectors...

telemetry wire's red cable (rpm signal) must be pinned out anyhow and connected to middle EXT/RPM/E2 if Spirit gov is used. 1st buffer is on CH0 in my helis (including switch off via RC with the newest 4.81 release). no y-cables in my case on any of my helis - no problems with available ports even on RS unit :)

Hey Michael,

Excatly i have the forst Buffer with the option to control on and off over jeti.
Thats seems the best option for me.
So i will doin off the tx pin from Throttle and will connect it to first BEC.
And will do the same for telemetrie then i can connect the buffer to port 0, the 2 second bec to to AuX the first bec runs with Throttle at Throttle Port and from the telemetrie the correct pin wich is red i have to put into the rpm Port.

That would be very good i hate those y cables to be honest.

Do ypu recommened the internal Gouverneur from YGE or the one from the spirit?

Btw you are German?

I will phone with yge now and talk to them

I am interested in learning what YGE has to say about that. Most other ESCs combine the throttle wire with one of the BEC wires, so the ESC ends up needing only two wires to connect to the FBL unit. YGE has two BEC wires and one throttle wire, so it has 3 wires to connect to the FBL unit. If YGE blesses combining the throttle wire with one of the BEC wires, this would be a game changer.

Okay i have phoned with yge around 40min ago.

I have asked about the problem.

Really simple answer. YGE said it COULD cause really big problem ive you or i or michael do it Because. The 205 hvt was originally created for non BEC and they build in the BEC later the problem is that the BEC hav a seprate platine and seperate minus and plus Rail to the TX side!

So ive you go and connect the tx and telemtrie tx to the bec connector, it could happen that there is a ramping up on minus wich could cause loss of the tx in that case Throttle because they have seperated - rails and +rails.

There are only 2 ways to do it
Both minus from the bec and the telemetrie have to be coupled into 1 minus that they are going togheter into the FBL. The same will be for the throttle and bec2 or vice versa. This could happen ive you soldering both togheter or use and y cable.
Both will work correct.
Even the soldering is okay according to yge.
But the technican said me he would really prefer y cables because the soldering is not nice to look at ( its not the fine way.

But ive someone do it over the y cable please all look that the y cable have at least 0.5mm² because it could run till 30amp thru it for a short time

The other thing is that the yge 205hvt could be used as an Opto because you simply have not to connect the BEC

great to know that - so simply connecting the both minus/ground wires (i am crimping it) on YGE bec connector side and use both orange/signal wires with bec wires on the Spirit connector side has the "official OK" :) thx a lot for reporting the result!

btw: @Rider4490, Austrian ;)

Germany btw.
Yes simply connect the - at the the bec side with the minus from telemetrie and the same for throttle all tat the bec side and then you can put your tx fr from telemetrie into the bec1 or wose versa and the tx from Throttle into bec2 or vise versa and your good.
And yes the technican also said its possible to crimp it but it could be hard to get it back into the servo plug
