HI
I have changed to jeti and spirit rs in my helis, the kraken performs whell but not my G570.
Cant get the governor to work whith Spirit RS YGE 90HV.The governor works fine befor whith spirit pro and
firmware 2.8
When i have the window general subwindow test(governor)open and unit connected to computer the governor
works fine.I have set f-mode norm=1800rpm idle1=2100rpm idle2=2400rpm the setpoint changes fine and
the rpm follows.
But when i close the testwindow and changes f-mode the rpm goes to maximum 2500rpm and stays there,
i open the widow again and se the setpoint changes in testwindow but not the rpm.
I discover this phenomena when the heli whas in the air.I havent done any changes in cables or in the esc.
I can se in the log noisy rpm signal sometimes but that whas the the same whith spirit pro.
I have also moved the esc out from the heli to be sure that no interferens from esc motor.
the unit is powered by 7,4V lipo.
Need Help?

Make sure the governor box is checked for all three banks, and that you're not accidentally in a different bank on your TX than you are when you have the test window up in the software.

You have to load settings for each bank separately. If you will load only Bank 0 then nothing else will be loaded.

OK thanks Tomas for info.
But,whats the point to use governor in one bank and not in the others? When is it warranted to fly whitout
governor, its not possible to changes settins in esc in flight.
Perhaps it should do to set the governor only in bank0?
Thanks

You can spin up the motor without governor and then switch to bank with governor enabled.
Or you want to test with or without governor. There are more reasons pilots want to do this.

Hi Tomas
Perheps if you tick the box in bank 0 then the other banks should be ticked by default.
And them as dont whant governor in some bank can untick them.(only a thought)
Thanks all
