Hi Folks,

as I recieved my Geolink I asked myself (maybe I am misunderstanding the basic functions) if the rescue mode can be combined with position or altitude hold.

Can this functions be combined or is position and altitude hold only available in "stabilisation mode"?

Hi,

these functions can be combined.
But with Rescue only Position Hold will work.
Also with Position Hold, Altitude Limit will work which is automatic Rescue mode.

Hello and thx first of all for the explanation.

OK in THAT case I am facing a problem:

If I activate position hold (in GEOLINK menu) and test it „on the ground“ the simulation shows „rescue mode active“ and „position hold active“.

But if I fly I can not control the pitch. Even if I set pitch „override“ to maximum.

Pitch is simply not controllable and the heli flies off and is climbing (also not activating hover pitch after the set 2s time limit).

Altitude hold is NOT activated.

Rescue active will override any pitch commands. It's the bit that climbs the Heli until you switch it off. I re-read Tomas' post above and it's in there. Hopefully I've got that right :?:

Hi Folks,

I am sorry no not really: For the first "rescue phase" of course. But after the set limit of time rescue switches to the second and lower "hover pitch" and heli stops climbing.

Thus works perfectly on my heli in normal rescue mode.

But with position hold active (should have nothing todo with pitch) the feature above does NOT work anymore and heli remains endless in maximum rescue pitch w/o any possibilty of manual override (what is possible with position hold of).
