I'm trying to enter the Integration Menu on a DX9 and can't get the READY notification. Holding the Rudder stick to the right and Aileron stick to the left for 2 seconds as instructed. I have upgraded Spirit firmware to 2.4.4 and the boot loader. In the DX9 i have tried firmware 1.20 and now 1.21 with no luck. I have Telemetry working so this is a little confusing as why Integration is not. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,
the problem could be caused, if the basic configuration is somehow not proper. The most probable thing is that channels are not reversed in the way they should be (in your radio). Please take a look at the Diagnostic tab. Then move with the sticks and observe their direction. Is the direction matching with the real movement?
Another possíbility is, that safety lock is activated, because Throttle is above ~10%. Then the integration is turned off to not cause any potential issue during flight if it was left opened. So it might be enough to activate throttle hold.
You have mentioned telemetry is working, is it working also with Spirit unit so that you can see any variable from there? If yes, then the problem will be in some of two mentioned things above.

In the diagnostic page all stick movements are correct and throttle shows -11%. I get ESC telemetry data on the ESC page pack voltage FET temp etc. In the manual it states use roller to get to a blank page I forgot to mention I can not get a blank page. Is this the problem ? Also are the sticks supposed to go to the corners when entering the Integration ?

Yes, blank page is absolutely necessary. There you actually should see the integration menu.
You have to enable this screen in the radio/Telemetry menu - see the integration guide.
