Will the Spirit and or Spirit Pro Dampen out the high frequency vibrations cause by turbine and tail drive.
I was informed that the Bavarian Demon was capable of this. So wondering if spirit will do the same.
Is this the setting in expert settings? Signal Processing /Extended ?
Thanks,
Peter

Hello,

yes. Spirit units are utilizing the latest technology that can work on any type of helicopter.
You do not need any special vibration dampening. If your helicopter is OK, it will work well.

For cases when there are extreme vibrations you can use extended Signal Processing as you have pointed out.
But in nearly all cases it is not needed.

You clarified that the unit uses the latest technology. However my question I believe needs to be more specific. Does the unit work with a 2 stage turbine helicopter?

I have been informed that this type of turbine produces a very unique frequency. And some flybarless units have trouble with this generated frequency.

Most scale Turbine setups utilize a Bavarian Demon for this specific issue.

Have you, or has someone tested this unit out in this configuration?

Specifically the quotation below describes the capabilities of the Demon.

"turbine friendly and can handle the ultrasonic sound frequencies that mess other FBL gyros up."

This is specifically what I am referring too.
Thnx...

Until vibrations are around 30kHz than it will just work.

But unfortunately we, as anybody else, can't guarantee it will work without any problem. But if condition of the model is good, I dont see a reason why it shouldn't work well.
To this day we have no single report that there was a problem with turbines.
