Hi,
can you check if little bit lower cyclic gain cat help? I think that stock Oxy blades are not perfect for FBLs but I believe you can tune it. Also make sure that your blades are not too tight in the blade holders.

I just solved a similar problem on my 700 where the tail bobbed up and down at higher speeds. The resolution was to balance the blades. When I both statically balanced them (same balance point on each blade) and dynamically balanced them (on a seesaw balancer so neither was heavier than the other) my bobbing was fixed.
May not be the same bobbing, but I thought I'd share.

had a quick fly this afternoon but was nearly dark.had cyclic gain set on 3 banks at 55%,52%and 48%. 48% seemed the worst.might try taking the cyclic gain the other way by increasing in gradual steps.i loosened the blades but had no effect.blades have also been balanced etc and seem good.im using lynx plastic 245mm.might post question on oxy thread on helifreak and see if anyone has had similar issues.might not even be the fbl causing this.thanx.

I heard about similar issue because of the plastic blades. They are unfortunately not good for the flying. Do you think you can try CF blades?
