Hi!
yesterday a was playing with fbl parameters, and i found this wierd thing:
When i pump the elvator up/down like 3 times a second constantly, the tail turn to the left slowly ( heli tail is pointing towards me, so looking heli from behind).
It is like you do this for 5 seconds at the end the tail turned about 25-30 degrees.
The heli is a 700E DFC, rpm is 2050, align main blades rail 106 tail baldes, tail servo is rjx fs0521thv (0,03s, 12kg)
cyclic gain is 75%, tail gain multiplier is 1,26, in transmitter (dx6i) tail gain is at 85%, tail piro consistency 200, endpoint are in good range, (about 125 and 160, tail is set for 3 deegrees positive pitch at 90 servo horn.)
Tail dynamic is 4. Delay is 0.
The tail does not wag at all with these parameters.
The tail holding performance is very good in every other situation. Tail mechanic is couldn't be much smoother, it literaly starts moving from when just looking at it.
How can you see when piro consistency is too low or too high?(beside wag)
and same for cyclic gain : in tuning guide and manual, it says cyclic starts to wobble when gain is too high, especially when descending slowly - i can't make it wobble on slowly descending even when it is on 85%. Cyclic servos are RJX fs0521HV (0,06 sec, 21kg) both cyclic and tail operates at 333hz without problem for about 120 flights on this heli with spirit.
1 more: how can you see if rudder delay is too high or too low? what does the tail do in these cases?
Thanks
