Sorry for the late reply. Just saw this. Currently cables are to the rear of the heli. I have changed a lot since that intial setup and tuned my X3 much more. I am very pleased with how it is setup now. Bank 1: Sport and 3D flying Bank 2: 3D and Hard 3D flying (my most used bank) Bank 3: 4s setup for low HS flying (at 2400 rpm) (I updated the main post as well, both are the same file)

HI, I am very interested in your setup because I have problems with my tail. It begins to tremble at backward flight and I'm not sure at what setting should I turn. My head speeds are 2600-3000 rpm. When I look at your setup to me then I see no difference between the individual banks, can you tell me where the differences are? Can you maybe give me a few tips? What is the length of ball linkage on the rudder servo horn? I recommend the closest hole. Very important is also Piro Consistency parameter. |

Hello, I now have the linkage so transformed that I use the first hole. However, I now have the problem that the tail no longer holds in high pitch and it turns away about 90 °. It then appears in the log message on the Rudder Limits reached. I'm going to experiment with the distance of the linkage and so try the best results achieved. Are there any other tip I could try? Hello, make sure that you have readjusted rudder end points and that your gyro gain is configured properly. |
