here my settings of the
Compass Warp 360All components are from the Compass combo.
- Motor: Compass
- Blades: Compass CF FBL 350 mm
- Swash-servo: Compass Mini Servo CM301, 1520 µs
- Tail-servo: Compass Mini Servo CM301N, 760us
- ESC: 60A Governor store mode, BEC 5.5V/6A
- Tail-blades: stock Compass ~65mm
- Tail Pulley: 19T
Tail Servo arm length: in contrast to 12mm as stated in the manual is set to
10mmI have configured 3 head speeds and adjusted gyro gain in the transmitter
Rescue is activated by inverting gyro in the TX
(these are the gyro values as seen by the FBL in the diagnostic tab)
HS: 1730 RPM
Gyro: 80%
HS: 2150 RPM
Gyro: 70%
HS: 2780 RPM
Gyro: 36%
Note:
With the servo arm length of 12mm, as recommended in the manual, I had to go down to 18% to avoid tail oscillations at higher head speed.
