The model is not doing circles at all - when reaching the defined RTH position the model was absolutely stable. It just doesn't reaches the RTH position with skids down if the stabilization is activated in inverted flight - it behaves like I have chosen 'Coaxial' or 'Stabilization(Acro)'

Ah, now I understand.
This is correct behavior - the RTH is working as when Coaxial mode is active. So it will not flip over itself.

Ah ok, from the manual I had the impression, that the RTH function could be combined with every stabilization function like 'Stabilization(Normal)' because there is stated that 'We recommend to set Stabi/Function to Coaxial mode for ...'.

Would it be possible to change the behaviour that also the other modes are allowed? At the moment I'm preparing the heli for a friend and he would feel more comfortable if the heli always returns to home with skids down.

Is it otherwise possible to use aileron to flip the heli in normal position when he stays in the home position?

Very nice!

It is enough to just turn off the RTH. If you have Stabilistion (Normal) configured, it will flip over from inverted immediately once you turn off the RTH.
While RTH is used, only Rudder can be controlled.

I have a question about return to Home.it doesn't work saving a new home position via tx.

Everything is displayed correctly in the software, the Spirit led goes off and on again, but no new position is saved.

When I have connected the Spirit to a computer and press the switch at the tx for new position the software loses the connection after the reconnect the new position is saved.

Another problem is that I can now use tx for switching between banks in the Spirit software. Is this a bug, or a new Feature ?

I have a strange intermittent fault with Return to Home. The Geolink is on a Trex 600, the spirit pro is mounted on the front and the Geolink is mounted on the tail boom. Its connected with a 24" cable :( .

I've had 20 x 5 minute flights so far and most of the time everything works perfectly. Its just occasionally I try the RTH and the heli just goes off with a mind of its own and I have to switch back to normal flight to get the heli back.

The most recent flight today was coming to the end so I engaged RTH the heli started to come back to Home and then just decided to twich and off it went into the sunset. I left it as long as I could hoping it would return but in the end I had to go back to normal mode and fly the heli back.

When looking at this particular flight on the PC I was expecting to see gaps in the flight where the heli went off as I thought it had perhaps lost the GPS signal, but no, the full flight was there even when it went off.

Anyway after all that explanation do you think it could be the long cable causing the problem? does anyone else have a long cable and reliable results?

Cheers

i have a question. I want to activate Geolink with Position and Altitude Hold with the Funktion Rescure (Normal). Is that possible? The Manual say Coaxial Funktion.

Where could be Problems? I want the Position and Alttitude Hold as Rescue with Skids Down.

And i have another Problem. I clicked on compass calibration request. Power off and on to restart the heli. Then the LED flashes up and then there is no flashing LED. Now i start moving with the model in all possible directions and angles to mimic a sphere. The LED sometimes flash when i move. At the end the LED is less and less flashing and then not anymore. But the calibration is not ending. What do i wrong? How do i mimic a sphere? I moved it for 5minutes with all directions angles and rotations. It should end with constant flashing LED.
