90 is too high, 80 is too low. 85 would be just right on my 6S Oxy 3 setup. Thank you.

Hi,

I agree with you. I've go the same dilemma

I would be nice to have 2 pitch setting for the rescue.
Pitch 1, To be apply for the first 1 sec, to stop the falling momentom
Pitch 2, To be apply after the first sec, to have a low climbing rate after the rescue.

What do you think?

I also would like to see the possibility for two separate pitch settings during rescue. One for the first part of the rescue, and one for the second part, when the delay time has ran out. I have it set up like that now, using banks: Two seconds of acro rescue to get it away from ground, and then it goes into normal rescue with just enough pitch to keep it "floating" in the air. It would be nice and much easier to have the possibility for this kind of setup in the software, without the need for using the banks. I have called for it a couple of times a while ago, but unfortunately haven't got much response for the suggestion. I hope for better response now. :-)

I like the idea too.

My suggestion would be to have the 2nd pitch range controllable with pitch stick.
As the hover pitch depends on headspeed, 2nd pitch would need to be variable.

The way it is done on the Microbeast Pro is a good example. While in rescue, after the heli has been flipped LG down, the preset pitch can be overridden with the pitch stick. It can be reduced slightly (you can't go full negative) or increased. This way you can bring the heli a) in a controlled hover and b) you have ample time to reorientate and bring the heli home with the assistance of the attitude control. Check out the MB Pro manual on the net!
Include a control of the flip rate and it would be the icing on the cake!

Please I really need this!

So rescue is selected, level 1 pitch is used to recover the heli.
AFTER the heli is stabilised, level 1 pitch remains on for xx.x seconds to gain height, then level 2 pitch is activated.

Or just recover in level 1 pitch then switch to level 2 pitch.

Both pitches and delay time should be user selected.

Please???

Yes, it will be added in some of future updates.

Actually in next update available solution will be even better.

I like the idea of having aggressive pitch at the beginning of rescue and then tapering off. Similar to competition.

Do you have a date in mind for the next release?

Unfortunately no. If we will provide date, then people will start to stress and push on us.
But for years we are releasing approximately each 3 months and I believe it will be not different this time.
