Please see the page:

Unfortunately Castle can't handle high frequency too well. So maybe this is the problem.

Thank you so much, I will try today.
Also, can you tell me something about wiring?

The yellow wire has to be alone from the beginning? Or they can be together ?
Actually mines are together except the end that I peel off for making 2 servo connector since the castle needs that.

still working on it.

I have reset the unit and the Tx aswell.
I am doing everything back from the begging and I am still working on it.
I have finished setting now the governor which looks to work fine. The problem is that I am still having that error ( rpm data are too noisy )

How the rpm tester should work? It doesn’t mentioned it on the manual.
On the screen the sensor keep switching from active to inactive and the the “ball” become read when is active.
I have tried everything today but still gave rpm data are too noisy.
I give up on this.

Hello,

the RPM wire can be close to the ESC wires, but it is good when it is far from anything else.
If the error is there just for a few times it shouldn't be a problem. But if it is there all the time during the flight then there is a real issue.

To get the best performance you can lower the RPM Sensor Filter and increase the Governor Response instead.

I will try to do like as you said And I will send you the log asweel.
The rpm wire cross eith others untill the end of the battery tray.
Than, I moved the rpm wire to a pin and is running by itself.
It doesn’t change nothing tho and still having that issue.
Unless I have to move the rpm wire from the begging away from the other leads?

Ideally the wires should be far from Motor and its phase wires. And especially very far from any grounding.
At the end of the 4-wire cable you can preferably use a ferrite ring (as close to the unit as possible). This could help as well.

Hi Thomas,

In the end I will probably switch off the governor from the spirit and using the castle one.
I think that the spirit is broken or something. Can’ Believe that even adding a ferrite ring, i am still having rpm data too noisy. And I can’t see people complaining about this problem but only me.
I have tried everything I could but the problem is still there.
I followed your instructions and tried to keep the rpm wire away from others.
Switched the frequency to 60hz instead of 200hz. I have added 2 ferrite rings

Nothing changed.

Thank you anyway for your help.
