Have you checked the spirit logs ? And tried to remove the pinion from the main gear so the main and tail is not engaged ?

And yes you can not fly it like it is

So, one step further or probably not.

First @rfauske: Yes, i have removed the pinion from the main gear, and there first test runs were ok, but difficult is, that the problem occurs from time to time, not always.... so this is not really meaningful.

I have installed the antistatic kit from logo and tried some test runs. Motor RPM stills goes down from time to time. The spirit unit isn`t rebooting any more when the RPM goes to zero, but basic problem is still the same.

I have tried with firmware version 2.4.3, here are the errors in the spirit log:

00:00 Calibration Finished
00:10 Good Health Message
00:20 Good Health Message
00:30 Received Frame was Corrupted
00:40 Good Health Message
00:50 Good Health Message
01:00 Good Health Message
01:10 Governor was Engaged
01:20 Good Health Message
01:30 Good Health Message
01:40 Governor was Engaged
RPM Sensor data are too noisy
01:50 Good Health Message
02:00 Good Health Message

and with the newest firmware 2.5.2:

00:00 Calibration Finished
00:10 Good Health Message
00:20 Good Health Message
00:30 Governor was Engaged
RPM Sensor data are too noisy
00:40 Good Health Message

Still any suggestions, because I am clueless now :?

Hello,

unfortunately antistatic spray might not help if static discharges are really big.
It look like also receiver signal is corrupted from time to time.

Oh, you have connected RPM sensor. Can you tell me which sensor you are using? I guess it is RPM cable from Castle ESC, right?
I recommend to disconnect this cable and try again. But with Castle governor or at least throttle curves.
If the RPM cable is feeding bad signal then it could cause big troubles.
