I dont remember exactly, but if I am not wrong you have shipped the unit already to us and we have fixed it. There was power apllied to the SYS port, right?
Now it does not work again?

Can you describe what happened before it stopped working correctly?

I was completing the setup using PC and USB interface.

Everything was working correctly except after the last modification.

I had one channel incorrect which was making the swash aileron moving the wrong way.
Once this was corrected I activated Kontronik telemetry and saved.

After that I did a final verification and everything was working except the gyro would not correct the swash when I was moving the helicopter. I could move the swash from the TX perfectly. This is when I open the problem. At that point I was still able to flash the unit back but could not regain control (USB or Jeti integration)

Thank you. Maybe the problem is very same thing what happened recently to this pilot:

Can your read this and check if you have same behavior? If yes, then we can solve it immediately.

Great, are you able to send me serial number of your unit, please?
I mean what you can see in the Connection tab. Are you now able to open the software?

Thank you very much, is there possibility you can send the serial also from the Connection tab?
You should be able to open the software - the pilot from other thread with "likely" problem found that by holding Elevator stick it is possible to enter the software.

Unfortunately it look like the Kontronik ESC (when connected by telemetry cable) is able to corrupt internal memory of the unit for some reason - I guess that this happened when telemetry is connected but is not configured in the unit. We will try to prevent this problem with future updates and contact Kontronik in that matter.
