I spool up in normal then switch to idle up.
Idle1 flat at 80%
Idle2 flat at 90%

What's the normal curve values ?

The problem is probably at normal curve values. As far as I experienced with governor of Spirit, if normal curve exceeds the point governor engages, the governor behaves erratic.

Does it correspond to 33% at diagnostics tab at Spirit Setup?

In throttle settings, it's possible to see that the governor is engaged or not, while your throttle stick moves to 33% from 0% if travel settings are not set properly, governor could be engaged. Then it works abruptly. This is why I insisted to ask your throttle curve values, thanks..

Yes, 33% in tx is 33% in diagnostic tab.
I ordered new rpm sensor—beastx version.

Please try to use Governor to spool it (from idling) instead of using any other throttle curves. I believe it will help.

Today i tried again and it was working :D
Thank you for all your help.
